Where is my white and blacks slider for gradients in LR?

I have white and blacks slider for gradients in ACR:

But in LR I don't have one. I delete my LR and install again through Creative Cloud. But my sliders are missing.

I did only ask for the first line of Help->System Info

You need to update your Lightroom CC 2015 to the newest version (which is CC 2015.10.1)

If you have Lightroom 6 or earlier, this is not a feature of your software. It only exists in Lightroom CC 2015 (and not even in the early versions of Lightroom CC 2015).

So, please go to Help->System Info and tell us what version of Lightroom is shown on the first line.
