Hi, does anyone know how to solve this?

I have the creative cloud plan and it includes the adobe photoshop. But after a few days it's preventing me from opening it, saying my trial has expired.

I tried to sign in and it says adobe couldn't find an account associated with it.

Does anyone know what may be causing this issue?

Sometimes a CC app will revert to trial mode. This should help:

Stop Creative Cloud from reverting to trial mode

But you will have to solve the login issue. Once you figure out which email you used for your Adobe ID, you will be able to reset your password.
