Problema con fatture

Salve,

sto acquistando Creative Cloud come privato, per scaricare come spesa le fatture dovrei inserire il codice fiscale. Ma nelle impostazioni di pagamento e fatturazione nella "gestione account" non esiste la possibilità di inserire il codice fiscale. Qualcuno può aiutarmi?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Salve,

ho dei problemi con l'addebito automatico sulla mia carta di credito usando Paypal, sul conto e sulla carta non ci sono problemi di liquidità e l'unico pagamento andato a buon fine è quello di Aprile 2017 mentre quello di maggio controllando dall'estratto conto paypal risulta che Adobe ha richiesto Ø (zero) euro e quindi l'operazione non va a buon fine.

Attendo un Vostro aiuto per risolvere questo spiacevole problema.
