Adobe premiere Elements 14 - Exportation issue

I have an issue each time I export a file with adobe premiere elements 14 since today. The exportation works (I have the file.mp4 in my folders) but VLC media player can not read it. Please help. Thanks.

What export settings are you using?

The settings : HD 1920x1080, MP4 H.264, medium quality. I did not change these settings since I owned premiere elements 14, and it worked 2 weeks ago.

Can you share the video that doesn't work on DropBox or similar?

I haven't access to the file yet, I will send you the video next friday. Problem is that it does not work for every videos I try export, since 1 week.
