Mirror text in a photo (only text part in the photo)

Hello,

I have mirrored a photo but now the texts in the image is also mirrored (offcourse;-) but I need to redo this text. Who can help me?

The text in the image are diagonal letters on a building.

Hi

Try this:

1. Make a selection round the notice and copy it to a new layer.

2. Transform Flip Horizontal

3. Transform distort to pull it into the new perspective

4. Add a layer mask and paint in black so the old ballons re-appear

5. Use the clone stamp tool to clone out the old ballons on the left of the sign.

If you want to do the door sign you would do the same steps as above

I would add:

Convert the Layer to a Smart Object before applying the Transformation, that way amending the transformation later on will not increase image degredation beyond one resampling.

After you made the Selection hit cmd-J (Layer > New > Layer Via Copy).

FWIW:

The Red and Yellow sign in the store (just inside the door - as seen below) has also been flipped I would apply the above steps to this as well.
