Send for signature

I am trying to send a PDF contract to the other parties for signatures. It is a CCDC contract. I can fill out the form and sign it at my end but when I try and sent it to the other person for signing I get the message "Unsupported file: " Select another file and try again.

I am using Acrobat Pro DC 2017 and it has worked fine sending other docs for signing.

make sure your pdf is not mal-formed.

try saving with a new name

close acrobat

reopen acrobat

open that file

resend for signature using a password.
