I was recommended to use these Edge programs, but it seems they are not being developed anymore.
Should I use the available versions for them or does Adobe Muse include everything Edge (Code, Inspect, Reflow) did?
Not directly. Muse does do a type of responsive design and is a visual layout tool... so in that way is somewhat similar to Edge Animate/Edge Reflow... but only in the most basic way. It is much more different than similar. Nothing at all like Edge Code.
What are you looking to do? Maybe that will help direct you to the correct set of software.

Moved you question to the Muse forum as the Lounge is not for technical questions or answers. Hopefully this will find your answer quickly.

Well, I'll create websites for marketing purposes. So I need design tools that help me quickly build websites and save time.
I was also told to use webflow, macaw, pinegrow and coffeecup responsive

Muse should be fine for marketing sites as a design tool. Note there is no way to directly edit the code - Muse is purely a design tool for building small websites.
