I've posted this issue already and the problem is still not solved. I'm no longer getting a response so I'm reposting till I can get answers. I would prefer to actually speak to an Adobe expert through online chat or on the phone, but I'm realizing this seems to be an impossibility. Which is highly annoying since I've been paying for Adobe product since Photoshop 3!
Here is the original posting-Photoshop CC 2017 won't start on Mac 10.11 [topic edited for brevity] I tried everything suggestion including un-installing everything CC including preferences, cleaning my computer of all CC files, restarting computer, and reinstalling CC and photoshop CC. The same exact problem happens. So here it goes again-
The problem occurred after I empty my Photoshop CC 2017 Cache. Upon restart Photoshop would not reopen, The First error message reads"The last time you opened Photoshop CC, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again? No matter what i select to reopen or to not, it prompts a new Error message-

I'm not sure how to run photoshop as an admin, I'm looking into it. Using a PC is definitely not a possibility though
