Failed LR Updates

I am running Lightroom CC 2015 on Windows 10.  With most recent updates, I have tried to update my version but I get an error message that the downloaded files cannot be opened, but there is nothing evident as a download.  The update then "fails".

First message (in red); "Update failed - learn more"

Clicking in learn more gets: "Unable to extract the downloaded files. Press Retry to download again (U44MV1I210)" or (U44MV11210= hard to read))
