Camera won't pan after I move a 3d object!

I have a video example of what happens, and I currently have no idea how to fix this as it didn't happen before and it just suddenly appeared

stuck - YouTube

As you can see in the video, at first the camera panning works when I didn't move the 3d object, but then after I pulled it out, it wouldn't work anymore!

It worked for me before, but now it isn't working at all! Please help!

you are in "front" view. change it to "active camera".

front view is an orthographic view - it does not show perspective. same as "left", "right", "bottom", "back" and "top".
