Approval Workflow + Portal Customization
Hey Everyone,
I am currently working on an AEM project. The project has three adaptive forms for a single use case, in addition there is portal/dashboard which will depict the status of the forms. On submitting the first form an approval workflow is entered. After being approved by the approver group, the status of the first form is changed and the second form is opened for data entry and submission which further enters a new workflow on being submitted. Now my queries are :
1. Such a workflow is possible in AEM 6.3 (https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6-3/aem-forms-workflow.html ) but I am working on 6.1 Is there any similar functionality in 6.1.
2. How should I go about customizing the dashboard/ portal. I have attached both the current portal and how it should look somewhat.
