Converting "old" forms to Adaptive forms (AEM 6.1)

Hi,

Is there an easy way (or any way at all really) to convert a form created using the "old" (CQ) form components to an adaptive form?

There isn't anything out of the box that can do this, this is the first time I've had this request.  Do you have a large number to convert?
