Access problem

Hi guys, i have a problem with my access, i have login in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Marketing Cloud, but when i link Adobe Cloud with Adobe Media Optimizer gets incorrect login and i can't enter.

Please, someone can help me?

I just want to confirm, do you have a valid subscription to Adobe Media Optimizer?

Hi Jessica,

Please try forgot password option, its is likely your password is not synced.

If it still doesn't help contact the AMO Rep and he will get it sorted from the backend.
