Contacting Adobe Support

Does Adobe have a Support service? I'm unable to locate an email address, a telephone number or even access an online chat. I need help with an accounts question but there doesn't appear to be anyone to speak with.

Hi Timothy,

You can contact Customer Care via chat or phone using the information here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

If these charges are for Creative Cloud, you can sign into your account and view/print invoices using the information here: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/print-creative-cloud-receipt.html

(Note that I checked the account you used to log into these forums, and found no record of any purchases or subscriptions. So, most likely, the account being charged is associated with a different email address.)

I am reasonably confident Rahul sent you a private message here on the forums, not an email. If so, you can check it by hovering over or clicking your name in the upper-right of the window and choosing 'Messages'.

If you want to send me a private message with the email address associated with the account being charged, I could look it up for you. Otherwise, contacting Customer Care is the fastest/easiest way for you to get this sorted out.
(In case you need it, there are instructions here for how to send a private message in these forums: http://help-forums.adobe.com/content/adobeforums/en/help/howto.html#send-private-message)

Kind regards,

- Carey

Hi Rahul,

I have not received the email. Would you please try again and I will double check my spam folder.

Essentially, we are being charged 2 payments by Adobe but have not account history or ability to download invoices.

Thanks,

Hi Timothy,

I'd sent you a private message here on the forums and not an email.

Please check it by hovering over or clicking your name in the upper-right of the window and choosing 'Messages'.

Kind Regards
