What is the difference between create folder, create Image set, create spin set and create?

Hi, can anyone explain to me the the difference between create folder, create Image set, create spin set and create mixed media set under Asset tab?

• With Image Set users can see different views of an item by clicking a thumbnail image.
• Spin Set helps to simulates the real-world act of turning an object to examine it. simulates a 360-degree viewing experience.
• Mixed Media Sets combination of various experience like Spin Sets, imageset,  videos... by clicking on various tabs.
