Using headphones

I've been using Captivate for 2 years now, same equipment, same microphone and headphones, same machine... everything the same. All of a sudden, Captivate won't recognize my headphone/mic and will only record/playback via the builtins on the laptop. I didn't think I'd changed any settings .... and cannot figure out what needs to be fixed. Can someone please help? thanks

I'm having the same issue. I am using a Logitech Headset to no avail. It always worked in the past. I hop Adobe responds with an answer.

With an adendum...I'm using Cap 3.
