Unable to see Preview links in Target

I have set up an A/B test in Target and when I got to view the preview links they are still showing the default copy. I have followed all the tutorials in the help module for the preview links and I am still unable to get the Preview links to show. Any suggestions?

It could be selectors issue . Are you using ID/css based selectors ?

Attached is a screenshot of how my CSS Selectors are setup in Target.

Use Element IDs and Use Element Classes are toggled to on.

We contacted product team for the issue and got to know that the similar issue was also being reported by other clients and the same has been resolved yesterday. Can you please confirm if you are still facing the issue. If yes, Please share your Adobe Target Account credentials as well as Test URL of the website in a private message so that we can debug the issue at our end.
