photoshop cc 2017 very slow in startup :(

Hi
i had a photoshop CC (14.0) , it was take only 6: 7 seconds to start ,

Adobe Photoshop

but after i installed Version: 2017.1.0 ( lastest version ) it takes more than 1min and 10 seconds !!!!!!

and thats happen with the prev. version too

and however there is no 3rd pary plugins and its a fresh install it takes alot of time in splash screen on ( scanning for plug-ins) line

please help me

Hi Hemazone,

We just released Photoshop CC 2017.1.1 with bug fixes and performance improvements. Please update to the latest version and let us know if that helps.

Also, skip loading plugins while you launch Photoshop to see if that works.To do so :-

Close Photoshop.
Hold down the Shift key and launch Photoshop. A dialogue appears during the launch that reads “Skip loading optional and third-party plug-ins?” Select "Yes".
