Transparency doesn't display correctly in latest Indesign.
Objects needs to be moved or cut and paste and then undo to make it render correctly.

If you're on a Mac, you could have a GPU previewing problem. Either off turn off the GPU in Preferences > GPU Performance, or choose View > Preview on CPU.

Whar file type are the graphics?
Issue persist on CPU preview as well.
Graphics are AI file.
