I just installed Adobe 9. How do I open my document in it?

? I just installed Adobe 9.  Now what?  How do I open my document in it?  I need to rotate it to work on it.

Go to File - Open and then select the file. Then look for the Rotate Pages command.

Acrobat 9 is quite old, though... Why did you install that version? It's not compatible with any current OS, you know.
