Dear all,

I got a problem when I open the AE,

it shows : Licensing Error, that asking me to verify the language setting in my OS.

nothing to be changed, the OS is Traditional Chines and the creative cloud is Traditional Chinese too.

Just the AE changed to Simplified Chinese one day and I can't open it.

How can I do ?

Thank you so much.

You must change your computer to simplified Chinese to get AE to work (or use an earlier version of AE). The problem is mentioned here.
