Cannot download XD for Windows 10

Hi, I had download XD about 4 months ago on Windows 10. There was some type of update screen when I opened XD the other week. I was able to update XD through the manage my account page. It did install but it wasn't working properly, I could not navigate the page, could not move to other parts of the page. So I uninstalled XD and tried to download it fresh. When I go to download XD, it says page not found when I click on any of the download buttons on the page. I am using this url, Adobe Experience Design CC (Beta) | Prototyping & Wireframing Tool

Are you able to see it in your Creative Cloud Desktop app?
