Hello, we're needing to create a 2,000 page document wherein every two sets of pages have the same page number (IE: pages 1 & 2 will be 00001 and 00001, pages 3 & 4 will be 00002 and 00002, etc). Is there an easy way to do this?

No, at least not using the automatic page numbering.
