My After effects won't appear on Premier.

Basically I moved my auto saved folders in to different folders when I tried to open up my latest project again I had to locate Media which hadn't happened with project I located media then It told me to Locate Rendered files which I hadn't see before but I did locate them when my project loaded all my footage with after effects on which was most of them, they just had coloured bars on I tried rendering but nothing happened I tried opening the Effects, in after effects same coloured bars came up nothing working. I tried moving all my Auto saved files back in the same places as good as I could but still didn't work, Is there anyway to resolve this or did Really mess up here.

You have a lot of detective work in front of you.  You'll need to figure out where everything was BEFORE you started moving folders around.

You've also learned a good lesson in the importance of figuring out how to organize a project before you even start it.
