Quiz not allowing retry upon failure

Dear all,

Good day to everyone. We use Plateau as our LMS and uses Adobe presenter to make our Exams. Though I check the setting under MANAGE > quiz EDIT > PASS FAIL OPTIONS tab > if fail grade ALLOW infinite attempts. Still after I fail the exam it wont allow me to retry the exam instead it goes to the last slide of the exam. Can anybody pls advice?

Even though you have set infinite attempts of quiz the users who have failed the quiz will not be taken to the first question automatically.

However you can set that by EDIT quiz > PASS FAIL OPTIONS tab > if fail grade then "GOTO slide" and select the first question. This way after failing the quiz if 'Continue' button is clicked then they will be taken to first question.
