For an unknown reason, immediately on 2 computers stopped working workspace "Recent files". Mac OS 12.4, MacOS 12.5

If you have ensured that the preference is ON, then try resetting the workspace from...

Otherwise try with Cleaning/Resetting your cache and preferences...Troubleshooting 101: Replace, or "trash" your InDesign preferences

No idea why they would do this but.... The Recent Files workspace is missing
