That camera is too new for Lightroom 5 (Cameras supported by Camera Raw ). So you need to upgrade Lightroom to the latest version - ie Lightroom 6.10 / 2005.10.

I've got the same problem unfortunately, do you know if it's possible to upgrade for free or do I need to purchase Lightroom again?

You'll never be able to edit your Raw files in Lightroom 5.

Adobe offers you two options in this position: one paid, one free.

Paid: pay to upgrade to Lightroom 6 (or join the Cloud and get Lightroom CC) then free update to 6.10 (current). You can then edit Raw files in Lightroom 6.

Free: download and install the free Adobe DNG converter. Batch convert all XPro 2 Raw files to DNG format. Then edit the DNG files (not the Raw files) in Lightroom 5. An extra step for you but no extra cost.

What Exact version of LR are you running? Go to the Help menu item and select System Info and look at the Top Most entry, LR Version and post what it is.

You can also use the most current version of Free Adobe DNG converter program to convert Proprietary RAW files to DNG files that will import into older versions of LR.

Thanks for your feedback! I have Lightroom 5.6 at the moment. Had a Canon 1100D previously, so no problems with RAW files but with my new Fuji XT10 I get RAF files which can't be opened.
I haven't tried out the Adobe DNG converter, will do it now.

I also suggest you update LR 5 to 5.7.1 (the latest version of LR 5). This won't help with reading those Fuji RAW files but it will give you the latest version of LR 5.

You can manually download it from here.

Ok, will do that!

I downloaded the DNG converter and converted my files and I can finally open and edit them now in LR. So relieved right now. Thanks for your quick help!
