For some reason I am not able to import new video. In the import dialog I identify a clip which appears only as a greyed out box which I select, then press import key and the “copy and import photos” bar starts to move but stops quite quickly and hangs. The clip is MP4, 304 MB. I have tried other clips with the same result.
