One of my client wants me to fix a problem in his as2 document. I have animate cc subscription. I need a version of flash with as2 support. Does adobe provide old versions to cloud members?

Yes. Go to the CC menu/Apps, and to the Find Additional Apps section. On the right is a drop down menu. Choose Previous Versions from that. Once you have that selected you'll see that you can choose from a drop down menu of old Animate and Flash Pro versions. CS6 is the oldest one, and it does do AS2.
