How do you send files using adobe iPhone app?

I'm having the worse exp using adobe and the customer service is even worse. 

Im trying to get several document signed by 4 people using the adobe app on and iPad and a Mac, and it seems like an impossible task.

I sent the files and the recipients say they haven't received them But I can see them in my cloud.

How do I send the files again using the app?

Is that possible?

should I just cancel my subscription?

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused to you.

When you say that you can see the file in your cloud, does that mean Document Cloud storage or iCloud storage of the iOS?

If you see your files in Document Cloud storage of mobile app or on web then you can easily share the document.

Go through the help document Acrobat Reader Help for iOS: Emailing and printing and see how you can share the files using Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app.

Let us know if that doesn't help.

No. The recipient I sent it to are saying they did not recieive the file or they are not allowed to sign it.

Can you email the file to us? We would like to test the same at our end.

I have shared the email address via private message, you may send the file on that and do mention your name and the forum thread in the subject line of the email.
