Regarding Acrobat DC.

I am trying to set up a default font and size for the fill and sign function.  I saw a tutorial showing I should go to:

Edit - Preferences - Content editing - font options

The problem is that I don't have the 'Content editing' option under Preferences.  How do I add the option?

Please help.

Do you have a subscription or a perpetual license? I think these options are only available in the former.

If you do have a subscription make sure the application is updated to the latest version available.

Thank you for you reply.

I am not sure if I have a subscription of p/licence.  I do know that we pay an annual fee to make use of some of the additional functions like Fill and Sign and export PDF if that helps.

No, that's a different product... I'm asking specifically about Acrobat.

I am not sure.  I guess not if I do not have the function.  I did update to the latest version available.   Is there somewhere I can check to make sure?

Go to Help - About Adobe Acrobat and see what it says there.

That setting is not going to affect the Fill & Sign tool in Acrobat, Fill & Sign uses detection logic to determine the font size and retains size for subsequent fields if you change it manually for one field.

Thanks,

Josh
