Standalone exe for After Effects Remote Render

Is there an option for getting just a standalone After Effects remote render for windows. We want to port a bunch of remote rendering for After Effects only onto a bunch of windows servers. Do we need to purchase After Effects per each seat or can it just be a remote render head.

The fastest way that I know and I use is to use BgRenderer script that can generate that kind of file. It worked for me for last several years. BG Renderer Pro - aescripts + aeplugins - aescripts.com
