Photoshop Text image imports pixelated

I made some text in Photoshop that looked just like I wanted it to. When I imported it into AE the outer edges are all pixelated. Is there a way to avoid that like an import option or an option after it's imported? Thanks.

are you watching your composition at 100% magnification? this could be a number of things. show us a screenshot of your Ae interface to illustrate the problem. you can also show what you see in photoshop if you think it's important to show the difference.
