Suggestions for a tablet?

I want to get one of those graphic tablets/ drawing tablets (i dont know what they are called) but I dont know what to get

Im currently using a mouse, but I want a tablet so I can animate quicker

id like it if the tablets suggested are:

not intended for beginners to art

are able to be connected to windows 7 computers

are compatible with adobe animate cc

I had a play with the Surface Studio at MAX last year and it seemed pretty crisp with Photoshop.  I have not used Animate so can't say how hard it is on system resources compared to Photoshop. 

I own one of the mid spec'd Cintiq Companion 2, and it is borderline with Photoshop, and I suspect it would be a nightmare with Prem Pro or After Effects.  It was fairly expensive as well.   I wonder if there is a new generation of tablets on the way with the CPUs we are seeing now?

I suspect that Flamegirl means something like this:

Pen Tablet / Digitizer Tablet | Wacom

rather than a tablet computer.

Actually the Surface Pro's are AWFUL with Animate. they seem to work with everything else but not with Animate.

i never had a problem with surface pro 3 and animate cc though i didn't use the touch screen to draw.

Yes exactly... the program works and all but you can not get any pressure sensitivity with it. The forums have tons of complaints about it but it's really on Microsoft who don't seem to plan on fixing it.
