I also just got X-T2 and I'm not liking the way LR handles the RAW RAF files. I've also installed the latest version of Raw File Converter powered by Silkypix which can be downloaded from the Fuji Global site.

There is a User manual in the Help menu item. But it may be in English. Or go directly to the Silkypix website.

One thing I noticed with my X-T2 was I wasn't getting very sharp images. Seemed to be some type of focus problem. I wet cleaned the sensor several times and now it is working well. I suspect the sensor isn't cleaned very well at the factory or some type of residue got on it during the shipping process.
