Animation Timing Question for Publish Online

I want to have animations happen simultaneously in my Publish Online document, rather than waiting until the initial one finishes before the next one starts. I see how to reorder the animations, but no way to tell one to start prior to the previous one finishing. Any help as to where to find this would be appreciated.
