I'm pretty sure you can't sort by cropped image size in Lightroom.

I believe you can filter the photos by cropped image size, using this plug-in from John R. Ellis

Note: in the above, I am talking about cropped image size; while your original question was about cropped file size, and I'm pretty sure you can't sort or filter on cropped file size, because the file size doesn't exist until you export it.
