Lightroom can't start properly

Hello everybody,

Since I got Lightroom updated it cannot start properly. I can't open it from the Adobe Creative Cloud window. And when I click on the icon on my desk they say it cannot start properly and the app must be closed. The error message is  0xc000007b.

Can you help me please ???

I tried but it doesn't work...

I think the only solution is to uninstall Lightroom but I'm afraid of losing some data..

Uninstalling LR does not cause you to lose any data.

I uninstalled and installed Lightroom again but it still impossible to start it. I still have the same message with 0xc000007b error.

What can I do ??
