InDesign CC (2017) always crashes unexpectedly while quitting

This happens on any CC app that I use as well: Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro...

No files damaged, but spooky in a way. Any suggestions?

It's Mac OS X 10.12.5 (Sierra) on a MacMini (Mid 2011), 2,3 GHz Intel Core i5 w/ Intel graphics 3000, 512 MB

System and any apps run on a Crucial CT 525 MX 300 SSD.
