If you are new to AE you should start here: Basic AE

You have to be very careful when you search for tutorials. There are more bad ones that teach inefficient techniques and develop bad habits than there are good ones. You have to vet your trainers...

The easiest way to find help for AE projects, effects, and general knowledge is the Search Help field at the top right corner of AE. It will point you to training materials and help files that are usually pretty good.

A tutorial like this is probably where you want to start –

After Effects Camera (Tutorial) - YouTube

Best of luck!
