Everything is showing up with pixels

I reinstalled photoshop and everything is continuing to show up blurry and very pixelated. I am not sure what the problem is. If someone knows how to resolve this issue or has any suggestions please let me know. I have attached a couple examples of the the blurry images. They are pixelated while working in photoshop and when exported as a jpg.

Please update your graphics card drivers. Check out this article Troubleshoot Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) and graphics driver issues and disable the GPU.
