Hi, i've been using After Effects for a while, and of course I know somethings gonna go wrong, every tab was moved around and quit hoping it would fix it's self, but it didn't so i had to move some things around, and i realized that i left the speed / frame rate at 15fps and didn't change it.
And now im stuck on this speed. any help?

see those black borders?
set your mouse cursor over them and you will be able to pull them down. if your workspace is a mess, you can also click workspace-> standard. if you are in "standard" you can choose "reset standard". this will give you a fairly common workspace.
