Web Fonts load but can't be selected

Hi all, I'm having a problem where I successfully load my licensed web fonts but when I select them from the webfonts in the type menu they don't change the font in the text box. I've tried restarting and deleting and restoring the webfonts with no luck. Anyone else agree that adobe support is not great considering the cash we shell out each month for their applications and that the apps seem more and more buggy?

I assume, you tried it with "Add WebFonts"?

This forum is indeed faster than ADOBE. You could try to reach them through chat. This worked always pretty fast in my cases.

For me CHAT SUPPORT always worked very good. You may need some patience before there´s someone in the line (In my case never longer than 5 minutes).
