Frequent Sign in requests

What do I get sign in requests almost ever week, sometimes 2-3 times a week and today when I was actively working.

Just had a case when I was working for a few hours and dehaze tool went missing....

Finally exited LR  in frustration (lost a lot of edits) and there was the sign in request AGAIN!!
WHY?

Has been like this for some time and is really getting a bit much.

Hi John,

Please sign out of Creative cloud desktop app and sign back in See Sign in and sign out to activate or deactivate Creative Cloud apps  for instructions.
