When I double click to install Indesign it opens the windown from Creative Cloud Installer that wants to make changes and asks me for my user name, which appears written automatically and asks my password which I think is the one that I gave just for my creative Cloud but it does not work, I tried also with my computer password and it does not work. What can I do?

It is the computer password that is being asked for.

Make sure that the user name that's showing is the correct one, and that you don't have caps lock turned on.

Make sure that the user has Administrative access on the computer.
