Help please.. regarding Lightroom CC, Lightroom Mobile

Hello, I have recently setup Lightroom CC and Lightroom Mobile, everything was running perfect when I accidentally deleted the following..

Under Folders my phone showed up as Samsung SM-G930F as an import for when I took pictures etc but I deleted it by mistake, is there a way to get this back?

I'm not clear on this. If you deleted it accidentally, how is it you can show us a screen capture of it?

Do you have a recent backup of your catalog file?

To be clear,  I set it up on an old laptop and it worked,  I ended up deleting the catalogue and starting again,  all is good.
