change payment method

please, I can't contact support. Someone could let me know how I can change Payment from Paypal to credit card? Thank you very much

In the Creative Cloud app, click on the person icon:

and then click on "Manage Account"

your web browser will take you to your account page, in the Plans and Products section,

click on "Edit Payment Details"

Thanks, But system give to me only the chance to add a payment method and not to pass from Paypal to credit card. Adobe says "contact us" for this problema but then I have only "forum" as contact option (no chat - no telephone)

According to the instructions here, to switch from Paypal to CC (or the reverse), you must contact them. The contact link appears to take you to the regular contact options.
