I click "import" and Lightroom will be closed

Lightroom 5.7 Camera Raw 8.7 Windows 10

If I try import photos Lightroom shuts down. "The Lightroom software dosn't work anymore. If there is solution Windows will inform you." An that's all.

I don't know what happens  ??? Could someone help me ?

There was never such problem. Computer was restarted.

Hi there,

You are using Lightroom 5.7 which is not the updated version. Please update to version 5.7.1 from the Help>>Check for updates menu.

Also help us explaining :-

• What all devices are connected to your computer while importing images to Lightroom.
• Where are you trying to import the images?
• Does Lightroom provides a crash report?
