I'll add to that list:
How much experience do you have with Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and Audition? How much experience do you have in creating original artwork and art direction? How much experience do you have in shooting video, lighting for green screen, time lapse photography and the use of practical effects?
How are you set for microphones, lighting instruments, studio space, cameras external audio and video recording devices, and camera support equipment?
Do you have at least three computers running i7 processors, with a good 1TB for system and application software, 64GB RAM, good graphics cards and about 16 TB storage?
Oh, and there are people. If I were you, I'd investigate how many people were involved in the creation of that 30 seconds of video.

That video was made by thr AAA video game development house (or houses) that made Watchdogs 2. Probably a staff of hundreds of people with a budget in the tens if not hundreds of millions dollars.
The famous words of WC Fields come to mind. "come here kid I like having you around"

Good luck & remember: Failure is actually a lesson in how NOT to do something. So every failure should be celebrated as a lesson that brings you a step closer to success.
