Got this error in any proj in any comp, even in empty proj and empty comp.

Read all from internet about this situation. Nothing of it doesnt help.

Ae Cc 14.2
Windows 10 pro
Intel i7 6700 4.0 Ghz
16 RAM
Intel SSD

Also read all topics at this forum, also no results. Also tried to uninstall and re-install app, reset preferences - zero results.

What? That's crazy.

Between uninstalling and reinstalling, did you run the Adobe CC Cleaner tool?

If trying that doesn't work, try saving it as version 13 and opening it in CC 2015.3 or CC 2014

Yes. I can't ever have Premiere and After Effects open at the same time. Have to close both of them and then reopen After Effects. 30GB RAM, MacPro trashcan

Good news! According to Adobe's Kevin Monahan in this thread: Re: Unable to allocate 0.002MB of memory , it looks like the next release of After Effects may have a fix in place for some of these kinds of errors!
